Import sleep CSV from Apple Health (export.zip → export.csv), Fitbit takeout, Garmin Connect, or Oura. The parser is best-effort — vendors change their schemas, so check the result on the Timeline.
Data
Save everything locally so you don’t lose data when clearing browser storage. Encryption is optional but recommended.
